IMPORTANT INFO - MAY UTILITY BILLS

PLEASE NOTE: METERS WERE READ ON THURSDAY, MAY 21ST, IF YOU MADE A PAYMENT *ON OR AFTER* MAY 21st IT WILL NOT BE REFLECTED ON THE BILL THAT WAS MAILED OUT ON FRIDAY, MAY 22ND. This occurs when meters have to be read *prior* to the Due Date of your previous month's bill.

What this means?  If the previous months payment that was due is not received and applied *before* meters are read, the computer will not capture the payment in the new billing cycle.

If you made a payment *on or after* May 21st subtract this from the total due, that is the balance due by the due date on your new bill.

To avoid this your payment would have to be recieved and applied prior to billing being ran. Utility Billing Dates, Due Dates and the date Late Fees will be applied can be found on the City's Event Calendar here on our website, this can be found in the "Community Section" or at the bottom of the home page.

You can always log into your Online Portal Account to verify if your payment has been received and verify your balance, check to see if the payment cleared your bank or contact City Hall. As long as your payment is received within the 7-day grace period of the due date, you will not incur a late fee charge.
